Church is blessed
with the presence of The Rev. Thomas S. Gramley, who was installed
as Rector of Christ Church, and its companion churches
of
the Episcopal
Tri-Parish Ministry: St.
Peter's Episcopal (Memorial) Church, Dansville, NY,
and Trinity Episcopal Church, Canaseraga,
NY, on Sunday, December 9, 2007. Fr. Tom came to the Tri-Parish in the summer of 2006, celebrating his first Eucharist with us on Father's Day, June 18. He is a graduate of Berkley Divinity School of Yale University and has been ordained since 1989. He holds a Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work/LCSW from Tulane University and a Master's Degree in Public Administration from New York University. Fr. Tom has previously served as Rector of two parishes, most recently St. John's, Clifton Springs, New York. Fr. Tom and his wife, Lee, are the parents of three children: a son, Corey (wife, Melody, and daughters, Katrina and Brianna) of Salem, OR; and twin daughters, Lynn (husband, Donald, and son, Joseph) of Canisteo, NY, and Lori, an attorney in Scranton, PA. |

| Vestry: | Vestry
members actively
participate at monthly meetings for a 3-year term. They are
eligible to serve two successive terms. They are expected to
participate proactively in the Vision process, oversee the
status
of the Parish in the Vision framework, have a
working knowledge of
the financial position of the Church, receive Diocesan and National Church mandates,
and receive and act upon committee reports. Vestry
members
are also expected to participate in Church activities and
attend
as many special events as possible. The Clerk of the Vestry takes and records minutes of Vestry meetings, the Annual meeting (held on the third Sunday in January) and special parish meetings. |

| Tri-Parish Ministry: |
The
Episcopal Tri-Parish Ministry is comprised of Trinity Episcopal Church,
Canaseraga, NY; St. Peter's Episcopal (Memorial) Church, Dansville, NY;
and Christ Episcopal Church, Hornell. This cooperative ministry
was begun in 1981 and utilizes the services of one priest and one
secrtary for the three parishes. Each parish retains its separate
identity, worship and ministries. The Tri-Parish Council, made up
of the Wardens of each parish and the Priest-in-Charge, meet on a
bi-monthly basis to review clerical leadership, budget considerations
and other concerns of the three parishes. The Tri-Parish churches
meet several times each year for joint services, including the Annual
Tri-Parish Eucharist and Picnic, held at the end of July in a local
park.
